Move-in and move-out cleanings involve a deeper, more detailed reset since homes are usually empty and require extra time in kitchens, bathrooms, walls, floors, and inside storage spaces. This service prepares the home for you or the next resident, with full attention to detail.

Home Condition Fee

Assessed during the walkthrough to ensure fairness. Move-in/out cleanings often require more detail work. Fee is based on the level of dirt, residue, or pet hair present.

  • Level 1 — Low Traffic (+$0)
    No pets • Minimal buildup • Light household use

  • Level 2 — Moderate (+$20)
    One pet • Kids • Some clutter

  • Level 3 — High Traffic (+$40)
    Kids + pets • Noticeable fur • High-use areas

  • Level 4 — Heavy Dirt / High Shedding (+$60–$100)
    Multiple pets • Thick fur • Heavy buildup • Large family

Base Rate - $200

This covers your kitchen, 1 main living area, hallway, dusting, surfaces, and floors, with extra time built in for deeper scrubbing and detail work.

First-Clean Reset: The initial cleaning is 30% more to allow extra time to deep clean and bring your home up to the Cleaning by Ashley standard. After that, your regular recurring rate begins.
