    (Weekly cleanings include up to 3 bedrooms. Any bedrooms beyond 4 are charged as add-ons.)

Standard Home Cleaning (Up to 2,999 sq ft)

Designed for single-family homes and townhomes up to 2,999 sq ft — ideal for maintaining clean, healthy, and comfortable living spaces that fit everyday family routines.

Base Rate - $100

This covers your kitchen, 1 main living area, hallway, basic dusting, surfaces, and floors.

Assessed during the walkthrough to ensure fairness.

  • Level 1 — Low Traffic (+$0)
    No pets • Minimal buildup • Light household use

  • Level 2 — Moderate (+$20)
    One pet • Kids • Some clutter

  • Level 3 — High Traffic (+$40)
    Kids + pets • Noticeable fur • High-use areas

  • Level 4 — Heavy Dirt / High Shedding (+$60–$100)
    Multiple pets • Thick fur • Heavy buildup • Large family

Final Price Formula

$100 base + room add-ons + condition fee = your total weekly rate

First-Clean Reset: The initial cleaning is 10% more to allow extra time to deep clean and bring your home up to the Cleaning by Ashley standard.

After that, your regular recurring rate begins.

Base Rate

  • 3,000–3,999 sq ft → Starting at $190 per clean

  • 4,000–4,999 sq ft → Starting at $280 per clean

  • 5,000–5,999 sq ft → Starting at $370 per clean

  • 6,000–7,500 sq ft → Starting at $460 per clean

  • 7,500+ sq ft → Custom Quote
